The Culture and Arts Programme (CAP) supports the field of literature through seasonal grants which aim to support different literary events and to empower young writers to participate in local and international literary events. The programme also organises the Young Writer of the Year Award in the following genres: novels, short stories and poetry. It also co-organizes capacity building initiatives including the Writing for Theatre workshops, among others.
