As part of the grant for film making and the performing arts, introduced by Municipality of Paris in partnership with the A.M. Qattan Foundation and the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem, the following applicants were offered residencies in 2011: Ramzi Hazboun (Bethlehem, Ramallah) for filmmaking and Farah Saleh (Ramallah) for dance. In 2010 Mohanad Yaqubi (Gaza) in cinema, Dalia Taha (Ramallah) in literature, and Wasim Qassis (Bethlehem) in music. All residencies took place between 1 July - 31 December 2010 at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.
