The implementation of the first round of the VAFF project began in February 2017. The selection process resulted in signing eight grant implementation agreements with organisations from the West Bank (including Jerusalem) and the Gaza Strip. The implementation of the first round concludes by the end of the third quarter of 2019. In addition to grants, the VAFF project allocates funds for capacity building interventions and mentorship / advisory consultants, as needed by each partner organisation. Interventions are tailored to address either the collective needs of all organisations (joint sessions) or the specific needs of each.
