The excavation and site preparation work for the Foundation’s new Cultural Centre and Palestine Office building was completed in June. The first phase works, which was carried out by Hebron-based Osaily Trading and Contracting Co, abided by the guidelines of the Palestinian Green Building Council.
The tender for the second phase, the construction works, was announced. A field visit was organised for the invited qualified contractors, and the Spanish firm Donaire Arquitectos, responsible for the building’s design, gave a presentation of the project.
