The Qattan Centre for the Child launched its 2014 Summer activities at the beginning of June. Activities include a variety of arts, cultural, and IT courses, targeting children up to 15 years of age and their parents. Activities are designed to educate and entertain children as well as to stimulate creativity, and foster appreciation for the arts. Summer activities take place within and outside the Centre.
In line with the remit of the Partnership for Development project, implemented in partnership with the Al-Maghazi Community Rehabilitation Society with co-funding from Drosos Foundation, the Society’s library launched its 2014 summer activities, seeking to encourage children to read and to entertain them through selected courses and activities.
