Professional Development through Project-Based Learning, also called Project Pedagogy, helps create a deep understanding among teachers of their school, their community, and the society in which they live. This is done through school-based programmes that steer the educational process in response to students’ particular needs.
The project is designed to show project participants how to adopt the outlook and methods needed to achieve tangible results. Project participants are:
- Teachers involved in an educational project
- Students involved in a learning project
- Schools involved in a community project
