This manual has been designed as a follow up to Strategies for Teaching English and aims to promote language development in a fun and communicative atmosphere. It provides a number of classroom games, activities and worksheets in the three language areas of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. All of the activities printed here can be adapted, with a little pit of imagination to any group or level of students. These activities can be used as a supplementary to the curriculum and are suitable for large classes because they utilize either pair work or group work

Sky Mclaughlin is a researcher in education at Al-Qattan Center for Educational Research and Development. She holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics with a specialization in English Language Teaching. She is currently enrolled in a PHD program in Discourse Analysis and Palestine Education.
