Teaching Young Learners of English is a manual for primary school English teachers that offers useful information on the specific educational needs of the young learners and classroom management and teaching methods, and also provides practical classroom activities to be used with children in grades 1-5. The activities address the four language skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing but, since they have been designed with the young learners in mind, focus specifically on listening and speaking. The materials provided here can be used with any curriculum, but work particularly well as complementary activities for English for Palestine series of course-books.
