A triennial project, based on the notion of ‘Recycling’ with all its connotations from recycling ideas, material, institutions, to recycling music, theatre, poetry, novels, archives, exhibitions, waste … etc ). An international and local open call for proposals and projects is the format of the programme, whilst most of the programmes activities should be participatory and engaging. The form and format of the outcome of Recycled projects is left for the applicant’s imagination
